Example; Your max budget per month is $4,000. Your 50% is $2000. You rent an apartment for $3,800 and the remainder of your relocation fee is $1,800 due at the time of the lease completion via cashiers check.In less than 24 hours bet it in person or via on-line, we will call and present you privately to owners, will preview properties for you, and set up all showings. We negotiate all terms and conditions with the owner and prepare the lease, plus assist in your move in process from setting up utilities, wifi, cable, meeting movers, and even unpacking two rooms for you - all for a one month relocation fee. This fee can be tax deductible!
