Our dedicated Relocation Division manages the entire relocation process, ensuring your needs are met and satisfied. For individual clients and corporations, we provide rental apartment and home search, area orientation, contract/leasing negotiation, and more.Preparation. We provide clients with a personal Relocation Agent who will look for potential homes that meet your specific search criteria. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a report for the properties you will be seeing, including digital photos, market availability, budget demands, and neighborhood selection.Client Screening. We pre-screen our clients, helping to create a renter profile that will allow you to be ready to apply when you find the right apartment or home rental. This includes:
  • credit checks
  • income verification and documentation
  • rental history

Most clients are successful in finding a home quickly but occasionally multiple days of touring may be required. Our service includes up to 3 days of touring and neighborhood orientation.We feel it is important to let our clients know we cannot guarantee the successful finding and renting of the perfect place. We are only here to assist in the search and are not responsible if personal circumstances or the competitive rental market prohibit or in any way hinder your ability to lease a unit. We will do our best and work diligently to help you find that “preferred rental.”Lease Signing and Negotiations. Sometimes knowing which questions to ask is the most valuable piece of the negotiation. Your Relocation Agent will assist with lease negotiations to minimize the surprises.Communication. Clear communication is vital to our business. Your Relocation Agent will be active and cooperative in their communication to make this experience positive and successful. We will work diligently to find the best possible options and ensure you are happily settled into your new home. Certainly, if you have a preferred method of communication (e.g. phone vs. email), please let us know in advance. We will do the same.Additional Services. Should your relocation needs require additional services such as moving coordination, utility transfers, furniture deliveries etc. please let us know in advance. If you would prefer to have us coordinate these services on your behalf, our fee for handling such arrangements is $75 per hour plus the fee for the service.
